AAYU provides health monitoring services including:

• Real-time vital signs monitoring through wearable devices
• Health data analysis and insights through AI-powered systems
• Emergency alert notifications to designated contacts
• Health history tracking and reporting
• Family dashboard for monitoring loved ones

3. Medical Disclaimer

The health data and insights provided by AAYU should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AAYU Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches
• Ensure emergency contact information is accurate and up-to-date

5. Emergency Alert Limitations

While AAYU strives to provide reliable emergency alerts, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% accuracy in detecting all health emergencies
• Delivery of alerts in areas with no network connectivity
• Immediate response from designated emergency contacts
• Prevention of any health incident or its consequences

AAYU emergency alerts are supplementary to, not a replacement for, professional emergency services. In case of a medical emergency, always contact emergency services (112/108) directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AAYU Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of AAYU Health Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAYU Health Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law
